ALL REGISTRATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED ON OR BEFORE MAY 30 to be included in the program flyers and the website. LAST DATE FOR FINAL REGISTRATIONS IS JUNE 30, 2O25 BUT YOU WILL BE ONLY LISTED ON THE WEBSITE.
IF YOU ARE RESERVING A 10X10 SPACE FOR THE FESTIVAL YOU MUST COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION FORM AND USE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS. NON-PROFIT AND BRIDGEWATER COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS ARE FREE.
ENTER ART SHOW FREE:  I will register online, no fee to enter the art contest/show. See ARTIST ENTRY FOR SHOW/CONTEST below.
VENDOR REGISTRATIONS (you are not an artist, author, crafter:  I want to register to participate in the Bridgewater Arts & Music Festival on July 4, 2025. I am a VENDOR - meaning I sell items or goods that I did not create myself or I am considered a Reseller. By registering I will have a 10x10 foot spot on the quadrangle at the festival grounds. I must provide my own tables, seating, and a canopy (necessary).
CRAFTER REGISTRATIONS (I make what I sell): I want to register to participate in the Bridgewater Arts & Music Festival on July 4, 2025. I am a CRAFTER - meaning I sell items or goods that I create myself (handmade). By registering I will have a 10x10 foot spot on the quadrangle at the festival grounds. I must provide my own tables, seating, and a canopy (necessary)
ARTIST ENTRY FOR SHOW/CONTEST:  I want to register to participate in the art display/contest, Free to enter.
ARTIST SELLING:  If you plan to reserve a 10x10 space, to display and sell your works, please register AND pay for your reserved spot.
You may have a reserved 10x10 space and enter the art show if you want - in that case you will register twice - once for the art show, once for the space.
Please include in the Provide a description of what you are displaying..." the following:
- Number of pieces (max 2)
- Titles and media (paint, chalk, pencil, crayon, marker, other (beads, fabric, natural elements...)
- You may enter up to 2 original pieces, while most types of art are accepted, we do generally show paintings, framed artwork.
- They should be ready to hang (but you won't be turned away) - we have limited space to display them on a table.
- You may drop off your work on the Quad AT THE ART TENT anytime between 7:30 am and 9 am. There will be someone at the tent to assist you.
- Judges at their sole discretion may determine if a piece does not qualify - i.e. copied works, Artificial Intelligence (not this year), and we may determine a work is not your own if you have not signed the work itself. Please consider this before entering.
